Logo Design Brief

We're acquiring a company called Rockwell Precision, and we’d like to retain the Rockwell Precision name in the logo. However, we also want to reflect that it’s now part of our business, E3 Company.
The idea is to have the primary name remain Rockwell Precision, with a secondary element that reads "an E3 Company". This secondary part should be visually supportive but not overpower the main Rockwell Precision branding — similar to how subsidiaries often include the parent company name in a smaller or subtler way.

We’re looking for logo options that preserve Rockwell’s brand identity while clearly connecting it to E3.
