Signage Design Brief

We are looking to design a new sign for our business to focus on the remodeling of homes to sell. We are looking to have a yard sign that gets peoples attention and is informational. The headline will be "The Secret to Top Dollar? Remodel First.". We remodel homes for sellers with no up front cost, as they simply pay at closing. The message we want to convey to those seeing the sign is we are a one stop shop, who can renovate your home and sell it for no stress. We are licensed real estate agents and licensed contractors.
