Flyer Design Brief

We need two professional A4 brochures (PDF + web version) to promote our new handyman services to Facility Managers in Queensland.

Brochure 1: CPC Facilities Trade Services (see content CPC Facilities.pdf). Create new cover page and contents page then design 2 content pages (left and right) I will then paste all text myself, rather than designing 19 pages.
Brochure 2: CPC Facilities Minor Works & Maintenance – Smarter, Simpler, Cheaper

Audience: Commercial property managers, QLD Gov, councils, schools, industrial clients

Style: Clean, modern, corporate, CPC Facilities-branded

Content: Text is finalised and ready to go

Deliverables: A4 PDF (print-ready) + web version (compressed)

Optional: Integration of ServiceM8 elements (e.g. “Book Now” QR or icon)
