Logo Design Brief

I need a logo and favicon design for my new company called Slim Now.

We have a basic logo that we like, to view at www.slim.now,
however the brand and brand colours are not right, we need a designer to help us become more professional, the design must be simple, easy to read, we like to have a medical Cross in the logo, we are a medical company, we may sell weight loss products in the future.

We are a sliming, weight loss and longevity company that uses a range of self help guides, ebooks and videos to help our clients loss weight naturally.
