Logo Design Brief

Hello!
We have a high volume, large liquor store that offers hundreds of spirits and thousands of wines. The name is "Wildcat Wine & Spirits" and we're located in Colorado, USA in an area abundant in wildlife. We are an upscale establishment serving a clientele with high expectations so we need the logo to be extremely clean, sharp, and upscale. In doing so, we're looking to incorporate two key elements:
1. Rustic Modern
2. Minimalist
