Logo Design Brief

I need a logo which reflects my name and type of business, is arty yet professional. Combines art and psychotherapy. I am uploading my current business cards and brochures to show my colour scheme and style. Previously logo designers have given me very corporate type designs, or designs which looked like day-spa ads. I want something in line with Psychology and Counselling but with an creative twist. Seaglass is about all the broken pieces of glass (people) that journey through a very rough sea, but end up becoming beautiful seaglass jewels despite this.
