Task Description
We are looking for a premium tri-fold brochure (8.5x11 letter, folded) plus a new business card design for Beyond Fitness. Both need to look polished, elegant, and professional — something that would feel at home in a golf club environment.
Brochure Scope:
• Tri-fold brochure promoting our new golf-specific services
• Incorporate brand colors: deep hunter green, cream, and gold accents
• Clean, modern typography (professional, not playful)
• Layout will follow the copy provided (final copy attached, no rewriting needed)
• Imagery: mature golfers (50+), golf lifestyle shots, no generic stocky images
• Include QR code placement linking to booking page
• Deliverables: print-ready PDF with bleed/crop (CMYK), high-res PDF (digital), and source file (InDesign or Illustrator)
Business Card Scope:
• Front + back design
• Consistent with brand colors and fonts
• Space for name, title, phone, email, and website
• Deliverables: print-ready PDF with bleed/crop (CMYK) + source file (AI or InDesign)
• If possible, provide editable template for future staff cards

We need a premium tri-fold brochure (8.5”×11” letter, folded) and a new business card design for Beyond Fitness. This will be presented to golf course managers and members, so the look must be elegant, restrained, and country-club-classy.
Scope — Brochure
• Format: Tri-fold, 8.5”×11”. Please set 0.125” bleed on all sides and keep critical text ≥0.125–0.25” inside the trim.
• Purpose: Promote Beyond Fitness’ golf-specific services for adults 50+.
• Copy: We will provide finalized copy in a Word doc after acceptance. No rewriting needed — please focus on layout and polish.
• Imagery (required):
• Golf-first images (ball on tee/green, mature golfers mid-swing, and golf course landscapes at golden hour).
• 1–2 real Beyond Fitness gym photos on inside panels (trainer with client doing golf-relevant movement: stretch, rotation, balance).
• Visual style: Premium, quiet, lots of white/negative space, balanced grids; no clutter.
• Brand colors (required): Hunter Green #0C2E1F, Gold #CBA135, Cream #F5F2EB. Convert for CMYK print while preserving the look.
• Typography: Clean, legible serif + sans pairing (e.g., modern serif for headlines, humanist/neo-grotesk sans for body). You may propose suitable professional fonts; avoid playful/novelty fonts.
• Elements to include:
• Our logo (we will upload).
• QR code placement to booking page (we will supply the URL / QR asset).
• Simple icon treatment for the three complimentary options (Strength & Mobility, Stretch Therapy, InBody + Assessment).
• Deliverables:
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, with bleed & crop marks, PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4)
• High-res digital PDF (no bleed)
• Source file (InDesign or Illustrator) + packaged fonts/links or outlined type as appropriate.
Scope — Business Card
• Size: 3.5”×2” (US standard) with 0.125” bleed; keep text ≥0.125” from trim.
• Front/back design; consistent with brochure branding.
• Fields: Name, Title, Phone, Email, Website, Address; optional small QR on back.
• Deliverables: Print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed & crops) + Source file (AI/INDD). Provide an editable template for staff names.
Process & Timing
• Initial concept for brochure + card within 5–7 days of acceptance.
• 2 rounds of revisions included.
• Please start with a clean layout concept using placeholder images/text blocks; we’ll drop in final copy/assets immediately after acceptance.
Stock & Licensing
• You may propose stock images that fit the brief (we’re fine approving Shutterstock or equivalent). Please note any license fees separately if needed.
Usage Rights
• We require full usage rights to the final designs for print & digital.
