T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a design to go on a t-shirt and crewneck sweatshirt. I'd like it to look vintage/old school.

I'd like for the front to be simple, with our logo boxed in to a vintage style bagel or cup of coffee

The back, I am hoping for a map of Lincoln Park's main attractions, and a highlight of our storefront cafe within the map (please make sure it sticks out!)

Lincoln Park Highlights: Lakefront trail, Lincoln Park Zoo, North Avenue Beach, Depaul Campus,

The shop is on Lincoln Avenue and Montana. It doesn't have to be exactly as described, but I am wanting an old school Chicago vibe and for the Lincoln Park area to be highlighted, with "The Bagelers" popping being the focal point.

I added a lincoln park map and a t shirt that sort of inspired the idea to my uploads. I also included our logo.

I'd like the colors to be a dark green font that can go on a tan t-shirt, and a tan font that can go on a dark green t-shirt/crewneck.

Additional ideas are welcome! We serve kettle boiled bagels and house made spreads + coffee / lattes.
