Homeward Insulation Customer Option Flier

Flyer Design Brief
EDIT: Feel free to get creative with the infographics, you don’t have to use the photos I’ve sent. These are for a better description of what we are doing and what the stuff looks like. I’ve had a hard time generating AI photos that actually hit each point correctly.
I need to create a flier for my company Homeward Insulation that easily showcases the steps from basic attic insulation to the end goal of attic encapsulation with radiant barrier and humidity control ventilation.
We’re having trouble being able to visualize the options with the customers, and building value to get to the best solution which is a full attic encapsulation.
Please include some information on why spray foam encapsulation is not ideal for attic. It can trap moisture, and rot out the wood framing of the roof, also causing mold. We’ve seen this countless times. In order for an attic to be encapsulated, it MUST be ventilated properly so that the air is conditioned. Those details will be listed below.
I would like this to be done with our brands colors, and utilizing our brand as best as possible. My sales reps will be leaving these in the home with the customers after inspection.
I will leave the layout up to you, the designer, as I will need your professional recommendations. You don’t have to specifically use the photos I’ve sent, this is mainly for detail purposes. If there are AI photos or infographics that are better, feel free to use them. I want it to all flow nicely.
I will use this to attach our customer questionnaire that my sales reps are using during the sales process.
Step one (option 1) will be adding blown in fire resistance and sound dampening insulation while air sealing the attic space and making sure baffles are installed correctly, second step is insulation duct work and laying a radiant barrier over the blown in insulation, third step (and best option) is the full system which is radiant barrier stapled to the roof rafters and sealed up. Soffit vents pull the air up and then out the ridge vents to ventilate the roof decking. A small opening is left at the top of the radiant barrier, and last step is a humidity controlled attic fan is installed to warranty against microbial growth due to humidity.
You can use our website HomewardInsulation.com to gather detailed information about each step.
These are the steps to get to a fully functional attic system, but the options will be good/better/best.
Good= cleanout, treatments, air seal, baffles, blown in.
Better = everything that is included in “Good” while adding duct work insulation and radiant barrier laid over the blown in.
Best = everything listed thus far, plus an attic encapsulation with radiant barrier and humidity control.
We can also offer humidity conditioning with any of those options, and that would be either an Attic Fan or an Energy Recovery Ventilator.
This can be made simple, but still descriptive showing home owners why we are the best choice. We don’t just sell insulation when we know the attic has a bad humidity problem too. Other companies just sell what they can and don’t care.
Thank you very much! I’ll answer any questions you may have.
