T-shirt Design Brief

This shirt is part of a new release for my Christian apparel brand Church Wear. The design is inspired by the Bible verse 1 Peter 1:16 – “Be holy, for I am holy.”
The overall vibe should feel heavenly, clean, bold, and vintage-inspired — think modern streetwear with spiritual depth.

Garment Details
Color: Vintage black tee
Fit: Boxy, slightly oversized with drop shoulders
Style: Worn-in, high-quality streetwear aesthetic
Print Method: Designed for screen printing (front and back)

Design Direction
Back Design (Main Graphic)
Main Phrase: LIVE A HOLY LIFE
Verse Reference: 1 Peter 1:16 (can be smaller or secondary)

Imagery:
Large vintage-style cloud illustration (grainy, hand-drawn, or distressed)
Should feel heavenly and ethereal, not too literal
Typography: Bold serif or display font that feels timeless and impactful
Vibe: Slightly distressed / vintage — feels lived-in but designed

Color: Open to creative direction — would love to see a 1- or 2-color version, and/or a full-color option

Front Design (Chest Print)
Something small

Could be:
A simplified phrase (e.g. “Holy Life”)
A symbol (dove, cloud, cross, etc.)
Or a minimal Church Wear wordmark
Incorporating the Brand

The brand name Church Wear should be incorporated subtly somewhere in the design — maybe:
In small text near the back graphic (like a label or line of type)
Included in the front chest design
Or as part of a graphic element (stamp, arc text, or submark)
It will also be featured on tags and packaging, so consistency in tone is key

I've attached a bunch of inspo tees/designs and our Church Wear logos. If it looks better to use the text "Church Wear" in whatever font you are designing in, that's fine.
