Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company "Military Grade Solutions". I will be working with all branches of the United States Military. I will be connecting transitioning members of each service (and their spouses if they are also looking for work) with companies that want to hire well qualified military Veterans. I want a simple, clean logo. My clients are professional companies, and I don't want to imply any political affiliation or other divisive imagery. I do not want stencils, or any imagery of any tanks/ weapons, etc. I am an Army Veteran and would like to use the colors of Army Green with black or gold lettering. Includes options with and without the Eagle image from the Seal of the United States. This eagle image is common to all branches. This image should be simplified in presentation and should not include the banners, wreaths and arrows. Two examples of possible models are included below. I am also based out of Pittsburgh, so integrating something from my city (The Point where the 3 rivers merge) could also be an option.
