Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for a new handyman/maintenance service company, MW Maintenance. The logo should be:

1) Easily recognizable and simple, suitable for branding and printing on various materials (i.e., business cards, flyers, swag, etc.).
2) Not overly intricate - clean lines lines and a straightforward design are preferred.
3) Design concept: Ideally, a roofline incorporated over the capital letters MW, with the word Maintenance displayed underneath.

We are open to creative interpretations of this concept and color schemes, though we prefer traditional black letters with an outline - clean, simple, and easy to read.
