We are creating a premium desk calendar for SportingIndia – India’s First AI-Powered Sports Directory, to be distributed to 2000+ sports federations, businesses, and government offices. The calendar must look professional, clean, and functional, reflecting India’s growing sports and tech ecosystem.
Theme: “Smart Desk Calendar for Professionals”
Design Style:

Horizontal (A4 landscape) tabletop flip calendar

Minimalistic orange-blue color theme

Professional, modern fonts (Lato / Poppins or whichever suits more )

Incorporate SportingIndia mascot MAGI subtly on each page

Include monthly calendar grid, QR code for event listings, short “Magi Tip” bubble, and tagline:

“Mapping India’s Sports Ecosystem — One Listing at a Time.”
Deliverables:

Cover + 12 monthly pages (Jan–Dec 2026)
Each month should contain
• Bookmark slot or detachable note strip for reminders.
• Add tear-away motivational cards — collectible mini cards with athlete quotes.
• Include a QR code that changes each month (dynamic link): “Featured Sports Directory Listings.
• Small monthly fold-out card with “Top Indian Sports Events This Month.
• A space to make notes

We’re looking for a clean, corporate, yet sporty design that people will proudly display on their desks — a calendar that blends sports + productivity.
Important Note: a) Page for January b) Cover Page design c) Board Design are expected in the submission and after selection, rest of the pages to be designed. There will be one event (Min) and Three events (Max) to be displayed in a month. Attached is the excel with the sample list of events to start with.
