Logo Design Brief

quic-go is a QUIC implementation in the Go programming language.

In less technical terms: QUIC is a low-level internet protocol used to transfer data (messages, files, websites, etc.) in a secure and performant way.

The mascot of Go is the Gopher, and different projects use variations of it. See the attached files for a Gopher style guide.
I need a logo for the project, to be used on the website. It should include the Gopher (but not just a copy-paste of the standard Gopher) and be in a horizontal format. The Gopher should be in some shade of turquoise, blue, or dark blue.

The logo should first and foremost look professional and minimalist, aimed at developers and network engineers. It needs to communicate security and performance.
