Logo Design Brief

We need to create a logo which will be used on a website, marketing material and on physical advertising boards located at the site and on the surrounding road network. The site is a location for logistics/industrial companies to lease warehouses. The site is located close to Cambridge. We want the logo to show a link to logistics, warehousing and/or industrial commercial property sectors. Connectivity is an important brand association. We need the logo to be clean, clear and easily replicated across digital and physical marketing material. I have attached examples of similar schemes around the UK, which hopefully provides some inspiration and a guide as to what makes a successful logo for a commercial property scheme.
