Logo Design Brief

We are changing the electrical company name from TZ Electric to "TZN Electric". Owners are looking for a fresh take and update on the current TZ logo (see attached). These logos will go on fleet vehicles, safety bright (yellow and green) t-shirts, hats, and jackets...so we would like a color scheme that would look great on a variety of backgrounds.
