We are a Hawaii-based business brokerage and commercial real estate sales & leasing firm with over 20 years of history. Our firm specializes in:
Business valuations
Business sales and acquisitions
Commercial real estate sales and leasing

We serve both local Hawaii business owners and mainland buyers/investors. Our brand must convey trust, longevity, sophistication, and local expertise, not a casual or tourist aesthetic.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a refined, professional logo icon that feels appropriate for:
A business brokerage
A commercial real estate firm
High-value transactions
Long-term brand use

The logo should feel at home alongside law firms, investment advisors, and high-end commercial brokerages, while still reflecting Hawaii in a subtle, elegant way.

STYLE & AESTHETIC
Sophisticated, timeless, and upscale
Clean, minimal line work (not illustrative or cartoonish)
Suitable for embossing, gold foil, signage, website, and print

AVOID
Clipart or stock-style logos
Tourist imagery (hibiscus, tiki, surfboards, casual palm trees)
Overly busy or playful designs
Icon / Symbol Direction

We are especially interested in icon-forward logos (the symbol is the hero).

A stylized outline of the Nā Pali Coast (clean, simplified ridgeline)
Mountains / cliffs, sun, and ocean waves

Current Logo is a Palm Frond

Crest or seal
Strong geometric frame

COLOR PREFERENCE
Gold (metallic look preferred, but must also work flat)
Backgrounds: deep green or navy blue
Must also work in black & white and single-color formats

TYPOGRAPHY
Clean, professional serif or high-end sans-serif
Modern but timeless
If text is included, it should not overpower the icon
