Conroe Office Center is a professional office building serving high-quality tenants such as CPAs, consultants, attorneys, and other professionals. The brand should reflect credibility, quality, and modern professionalism.
Design Goal
We are looking for a logo that feels:
• New and fresh
• Modern and minimalist
• High-quality and professional
• Clean, confident, and visually attractive
• The logo should communicate a well-maintained, contemporary business environment.
• When someone sees it for the first time, it should have a wow factor. Should be something unusual, very creative, confident, and visually pleasing.
Design Direction
• Incorporation of COC is encouraged but not required
• Fresh, intriguing architectural or geometric shapes are welcome
• Simple, elegant forms over complex detail
• Avoid anything cartoonish, dated, or overly decorative.
Color & Typography
• Professional, modern color palettes
• Clean, modern typography (sans-serif or refined serif)
• Must work well in full color and black & white
Usage
The logo will be used primarily on:
• Website
• Building signage
It should scale well and remain clear and impactful at different sizes.
Requirements
• Original, custom design only (no templates or stock logos)
• Vector-based files preferred
