Design Direction:
1. Style: Minimalist and friendly/approachable - users should immediately understand this is a communication/chat platform when they see the logo.
2. Logo Type: Open to lettermark ("N" symbol), Icon+Text combination, or unique chat bubble design - whichever communicates best. These are initial ideas; I welcome the designer's professional recommendation.
3. Visual Elements:
- Primary concept: Chat/speech bubbles (clearly signals live chat/messaging)
- Alternative concepts welcome: Connection symbols, conversation bubbles, or abstract communication elements
- Question for designers: What visual metaphors beyond chat bubbles would effectively communicate "live customer support" while maintaining a minimalist, friendly aesthetic?
4. Color Palette: Open to designer's recommendation. Colors must portray professionalism, friendliness, and approachability. Should work well in both light and dark interfaces.
5. Brand Emotion: Trustworthy yet approachable - we need the perfect balance of professional reliability with friendly accessibility. Not too corporate, not too casual.
6. Category Alignment: The logo should feel similar to competitors (Intercom, Crisp, LiveChat) to immediately signal "live chat platform" at first glance, while still being unique and memorable.
7. Name Meaning: "Novu" suggests "new" or "new conversation" - designers can incorporate freshness, modernity, or innovation if it fits naturally, but this is not required.
8. Use Cases: Logo must work across multiple contexts:
