Signage Design Brief
UPDATE: Please do not recycle the prior designs we've had. I am looking for creativity and a new look. Otherwise, I would use the prior designers to just update their work.
I need two 48"x79" Pull Up Retractable Banners Designed.
One promotes the benefits of membership in the Affordable Housing Investors Council. The second promotes AHIC's role in the affordable housing ecosystem.
The content for each is attached. I'm also providing examples of two banners we recently created for our 30th Anniversary as well as some photos of our members if you choose to use them (although it's not necessary - just providing them as an option).
The banners don't have to mimic the ones we did for our 30th Anniversary. I'm simply providing them as examples of designs that meet the look and feel of our brand.
I've also provided our brand guidelines and the specs for the banner.

We are looking for clean, modern, streamlined designs. No clip art. No waves. Don’t bury the message in the graphics.
