All written content is complete. Your role is to elevate the document visually layout, typography, hierarchy, and flow, so it feels modern, authoritative and high-end. (please remove all em dashs when inserting text)

Deliverable: a professionally designed, print- and digital-ready PDF that is easy to read, easy to use, and reinforces a premium brand.
