Label Design Brief

I need to design a wine label for a 100 dollar bottle of wine using an old photo of our family on the beach. I would like the photo to maybe be animated or look like a painting. The wine is a 2025 Pinot Noir from the region Hemel and Aarde, a very good wine, close to a coastal area in South Africa. The label is going on a Burgundy bottle. The name of the wine will be GEN X 3 & ME. It's my grandmother, mother, sister, and me in the picture
