Logo Design Brief

About Vista Solutions (see website here https://vistasolutions.ca/):
Vista Solutions is a trusted machine-vision engineering company. We are creating a logo for FlexInspect (see more here https://vistasolutions.ca/productization/#flex), our standardized inspection software platform that powers multiple inspection solutions (e.g., Hem, Bead, ORA).

FlexInspect is not a standalone product — it is the shared base platform behind several solutions. The goal is to build familiarity, confidence, and trust by showing customers they are using the same underlying Vista technology across different applications.

Think:
“Hey — this is the same platform as your other Vista solution.”

Design Direction
We are looking for a logo that feels like a Vista sub-brand, not a separate company. We are not looking for a repeat of our current logo, we want the FlexInspect logo to be a standalone logo.
Key expectations: Vista Color palette (Main Colour HEX: 0A18A1, Secondary colours Hex: 2840C8 and F65C0D. Also White FFFFFF and charcoal 333132.). Typography style (Poppins Font), Works well on screens (legible at small sizes). A logo that builds trust and brand value. This logo will be used on all of our interfaces and presentations.

Best-case scenario:
A logo that feels like a “sub-suffix” or extension of our current Vista logo, similar to how large technology companies brand their platforms.
The product carries its own name but clearly inherits trust and brand value from the parent company.

Icons: These are for Desktop, or application icons. They are very small on-screen, usually only 16px x 16px. They can't contain any fine detail, and should be simple. Needs to look OK on both light and dark backgrounds.
We want this to complement our current Vista logo.

FlexInspect should feel like:
“A Vista technology”, “Powered by Vista Solutions”
