We need a trifold design for an upcoming conference. LTC is a real estate investment trust in the seniors housing space, and we are aggressively seeking regional operators to partner with for new business. We are also leaning heavily into the SHOP platform at the moment and seeing strong results / traction. please use the attached PDF of copy to develop an LTC branded trifold design that we can use at the upcoming conference.
