Web Design Brief

I am looking for preferably an Australian-based web designer to create a website for a new executive services firm. Just looking for a very basic informational site - and hopefully have some guidance on SEO, as that is all new to me.
I have a Capability Statement, which should be all the content needed to create a website.
I did have a logo created (vector files available), and can attach, but I think the background 'navy blue' was too dark in the logo. I have the correct colour code to be used for the background, which is: Blue Color Code : R 18 G 49 B 77 & Hex : #12314D

I've also attached 5 jpg slides, which I had done up to be used as a Linkedin carousel once I launch the business in case they are of use.
