Logo Design Brief

I want to create a mascot for my company, which
can be used for merchandising purposes.
The mascot is supposed to be a muscle-bound comic book character, similar to the Hulk.
My supplier's logo (STRETCH) is designed to show the mascot stretching with its incredible muscle strength, so that even the lettering...
It appears distorted from stretching.
The logo of my company (general agency of STRETCH) should adorn the figure's body in a tattoo-like manner.

Ideally, the character tries to tear the STRETCH logo upside down.
Notes:
STRETCH is a globally active manufacturer and supplier of textile stretch ceiling systems (stretchgroup.net)
Quinlay AG is the general representative of STRETCH in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
