Logo Design Brief

I do loan packaging for banks, FSA packaging, bookkeeping, financials, credit reviews, financial analysis, provide lending services, provide business lending services, and lender services, work primarily with agriculture customers but also with commercial and consumers, I want the logo to have the TL as it is the family brand. I have attached a picture of the brand. It does not to be western looking but I want it to catch your attention. I like turquoise but it doesnt need to be in the logo. Logo can have TL Financial Consulting or just the TL. We are located in the Oklahoma Panhandle but service every state.
