Billboard Design Brief

We´re located in the south of Spain. We run a local telecom company.
We sell Fiber optic, and mobile phone lines mainly.
The billboard will have to be in Spanish, I would like the price to be something you spot on first sight when passing by in the car.
Our company color is blue, like in our logo which I will add. I will also add a example from what we currently have.
The new offer should be:
1000 megas + 100Gigas movil con llamadas ilimitadas. (meaning 1000Mb fiber optic speed and 100Gb data and unlimited calls for 1 mobile line)
