Logo Design Brief

I need a new design for a new section of our business .
Southern Rod and Custom Automotive detailing, also need a cool tag line to go with it, and it will need to be able to transform into a T shirt design as well later. you can use either our standard Southen Rod Logo or just the Letters SRC but it must be obvious that it is a division of Southern rod.
attached is a couple of our logos for reference.
