PowerPoint Design Brief

Project Title: Professional & Functional PowerPoint Template (.potx) – Halo Industries Rebrand

Project Overview:
Halo Industries has recently undergone a complete rebranding, including a new logo, website, and visual identity. We need a professional, high-end PowerPoint Template (.potx) that reflects our new look while being highly functional for everyday use.

We previously had a design created, but it was built incorrectly (static images, oversized file, no Master Slides). The goal of this project is to take our new aesthetic and build a "workable" template where layouts are controlled by Master Slides and text is easily editable.

Style & Brand Direction:
The template must be an extension of our new website: https://www.halo-industries.com/

Aesthetic: Modern, clean, high-tech, and "Industrial Tech."

Color Palette: Please pull the primary blues, greys, and accent colors directly from the website.

Imagery/Graphics: Use clean lines and subtle tech-inspired gradients. Avoid "clutter."

Tone: Innovative, precise, and professional.

Technical Requirements (Crucial)
Format: Must be delivered as a PowerPoint Template file (** .potx **).

Functionality: All layouts must be built using Slide Masters. Users should be able to click "New Slide" and choose from specific layouts.

Native Elements: Do NOT use full-page background images for text areas. Bullet points must use native PowerPoint list functionality (not individual text boxes).

File Size: The template must be optimized and lightweight.

Fonts: Use standard professional fonts or provide the specific web-safe equivalent used on our site (e.g., Montserrat, Open Sans, etc.).

Required Slide Layouts
Please include a minimum of 10–12 Master layouts, including:
*Title Slide (2-3 variations: Dark and Light)
*Agenda/Table of Contents
*Section Header/Divider Slides
*Standard Text/Bullet Slide
*Two-Column Text Slide
*Image + Text Layouts (Left/Right variations)
*Data/Chart Slide (Styled bar/pie charts that match the brand)
*Process/Timeline Slide (Infographic style)
*Section slide

Attachments Provided
Brand Assets (.zip): Contains our new logo in various formats.

Inspiration/Existing PPT: We have attached the previous design created by our web agency. Note: Use this for visual inspiration ONLY. Do not copy the file structure, as it is technically flawed.

Deliverables
Final .potx file.

All used icons or custom graphics in vector format (if applicable).

Instruction note on any specific fonts used.
