Logo Design Brief

I need a design for the words Poco Loco. I want a fairly formal font, the letter c in Loco tilting forward noticeably and slightly below the rest of the letters in Loco.

I also need to include the Seahorse from the logo of the Chileno Bay Golf and Beach club in Chileno Bay , Mexico.

This is to go on a matte red finish on the golf carts so a cool contrasting color is important.
