Book Cover Design Brief

I am looking for book front cover ideas. The book trim size will be 5.5 x 8.5 in so please make the mock up that size. The book Title is "Open When" and the Subtitle is "Wisdom for the Leadership Moments That Matter". The audience for the book is leaders in high-growth companies. It consists of a series of letters and advice for specific problems the leader will encounter on their journey. The design needs to be attractive to both male and female readers. I am attaching a file with brand colors and some rough ideas that need to be refined. The examples lean toward a feminine vibe but I want the cover to be more universal. Please use the brand colors identified in the file.
