Think of it as the "raise your hand" platform: workers signal they're available, employers find help fast.

The Core Concept
The icon should feature a raised open hand — not a waving hand, not a stop gesture, but the universal "pick me, I'm here, I'm ready" gesture. Think of someone in a crowd eagerly raising their hand to volunteer. The energy is confident, willing, and blue-collar proud. This is a person saying I show up, I work hard, pick me.
