Logo Design Brief

I would like to create an uber luxury logo for a historic summer mansion (ljetnikovac in Croatian!) on Lopud island near Dubrovnik. I want the logo to feature an outline / trace of the old crest that I found at the mansion (photos attached). It also needs to feature the writing Ljetnikovac Lopud - the placement and font need to be classical luxury.
