Packaging Design Brief

This is for a NY state legal cannabis gummy brand called Flight Bites. It's airplane themed but we can not have cartoons or animals on the bag like our original bag.
The company is MJ's. The processor we are working with is called 2x Baked.

The current logo for MJ's can not be used since it has a cat. The letters must be the logo. For the original bags we used, one of the pictures is included of the green bag.

2x Baked logo must be on the bag like such:
"Powered by" and the logo.
Preferably on the back of the bag.

There are 3 SKUs:

Midnight Blueberry (Sleep)
100mg THC, 100mg CBN and 100mg CBD and is Nano Infused (15 minute onset)

Blue Skies Blue Raz (Focus)
Contains 100mg THC 100mg, 50mg CBG and 50mg CBD and is Nano Infused (15 minute onset)

Peak Passionfruit - (Take Off)
100mg THC and 100mg THCV and is Nano Infused (15 minute onset)

Ingredients for all are:

Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Cane Sugar, Water, Beef Gelatin, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Nano Emuslified Cannabis Extract, Hemp extract, Fruit and vegetable juice for color and Ascorbic Acid

Bag size is 5.5" Tall, 3.5" wide and 1.5" gusset

Need a 2"x1" empty space on the back towards the bottom for a compliance sticker we will add

Bag must be NY state compliant. The rules are in the Pdf file i uploaded

Pick 1 from the 2 files for NY state warning, uploaded below
- Must have any one of the following three universal symbols at a minimum size of 1.25
inch in height for the square symbol, 0.5 inch in width for the vertical symbol, and
0.5 inch in height for the horizontal symbol. The symbol and its colors cannot be
altered

Must have this warning on the back in 6pt font:
