Web Design Brief

We are looking to create an official website for our seafood restaurant with the following specifications:
Design style: modern, street, industrial and neon aesthetic; primary color palette: black, white and red.
Prominent placement for online ordering on the homepage.
Feature our current single location, plus a dedicated section/page for our upcoming second restaurant opening.
The site must be fully ADA compliant.
Full social media integration with linked profiles.
Include a floating contact/comment widget for customer inquiries and messages.
Mobile-first responsive design, optimized primarily for mobile users.
Preferred platform: Squarespace. Alternative option: Wix, for simple future self-maintenance and content updates.
The design should have unique personality and creative styling. We prefer a custom, distinctive look rather than a generic, rigid and standard template layout.
