Logo Design Brief
This is for a residential community located on Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota. There is a charming old Boathouse in the bay hence the name. The current logo is a little too corporate and we want it to feel a bit more luxury, high end and refined. The current color scheme we like, but the sailboat needs refinement and the font as well. However, open to adjustment in the colors if they don't stray too far from the aesthetic in the natural surroundings. Logo should feel inspired by the setting.
