Business Card Design Brief

I’m looking for assistance with design. I have a clear vision in mind, but I need help translating it into a properly formatted file for print.
Ideally, I’d like to work directly with a designer to communicate my vision and finalize the design in the correct vector format required for submission to a printing company. I already have some examples I've created just need someone with design experience to help me do the finishing touches

• I am set on a black and gold design, and will be using a gold foiling. QR code to be done in a gold foiling or inlay.
