Web Design Brief

I need a graphic designer (and website builder) to create the artwork, logo and website for a new company marketing campaign under the URL www.battlecry.com.
This website will be devoted to featuring the audio catalog I created with my father in which we recorded live during PT training with troops of the U.S. Military.
Ultimately, I would like the website to be the one and only distribution site for our catalog. This will be the most effectively means in addressing piracy and copyright infringement. However, this would require a website platform which supports MP3 and financial sales software.
Thus, for now, the website can establish and feature the catalog we created and provide links just to iTunes.
Thus in addition to a website, we would need graphics for the new covers for our catalog which contains 32 products.
I have attached a MP3 file to provide insight into the military cadences we recorded and have the exclusive rights to distribute and sell.
