Tattoo Design Brief

I would look at tater on my left chest up over the shoulder and down to the elbow. My thoughts are to make it look like it's a window into my body showing internal organs and some mechanical cogs and gears. Around the edge of the tattoo, make it look like the skin has been torn back open
