I want to start designing your site. But I would be in need of your hosting panel login so that I can install softclaus and start designing the site.

Yeah, this site is a problem — it reads like generic AI-agency filler ("rigorously tested frameworks," "consultative assessment") with no actual proof, no service specifics, and no photos of your own properties. For a property management company, that's exactly the two things prospects need to see: credibility and current portfolio. Right now it has neither.
Let me get a few specifics so I can build the right structure instead of guessing.

Before I lay out the sitemap and homepage section-by-section, I still need those three answers from you (platform, residential/commercial/both, and owner-only vs. also renter-facing) — they change the sitemap materially (e.g., renter listings needs a totally different IA and possibly a portal/login). Once you answer those I'll give you the full structure, copy direction, and section-level build notes.

Our clients invest in properties located in areas with a high concentration of Section 8 housing voucher residents. Many property management companies won't take on portfolios in what they consider "challenging zip codes." We do — and we've built our business around doing it well.

These properties come with real challenges, but we've developed the relationships and expertise needed to manage them successfully. We work directly with local housing authorities, including the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) and our regional Eden office, giving us insight and connections that most management companies simply don't have.

We manage the entire leasing process from start to finish — not just parts of it. That means:

Sourcing and placing tenants through established connections built specifically for these markets
Managing the HAP contract approval process end to end, so owners aren't left navigating paperwork and agency requirements on their own
Working directly with housing authority inspectors, drawing on relationships built over years of consistent, hands-on coordination
Knowing exactly what it takes to pass inspection the first time — because we understand each agency's standards before the inspector ever walks through the door

That expertise matters because every day an inspection is delayed or failed is a day the tenant can't move in and a day the property isn't generating income. By getting properties inspection-ready and HAP-approved the first time around, we cut down the wait on both ends: tenants get into their homes faster, and owners start seeing returns sooner.

If you own property in an area other management companies won't touch, Buckeye State Management is the partner built for it.

Please ignore the menu structure and some of the content for now. As we didn't have complete information at this stage, I added a few placeholder menu items, and some content may appear duplicated in certain sections. We'll refine and finalize all of that during the development phase once the complete content is available.

Please let me know once you've had a chance to review the designs. I'd also appreciate any feedback or comments you have on the overall design, as they'll help ensure we're aligned before moving forward.

Thank you!
