Company context: FantEO Management and Consulting is a boutique consultancy focused on providing project management and consulting services for space, Earth Observation (EO), and remote sensing projects, especially in the European Space Agency (ESA) ecosystem.

The company does not build satellites or hardware. Its focus is on:
-managing complex space/EO projects,
-coordinating ESA projects and consortia,
-supporting universities and SMEs,
-bridging science, technology, and project delivery,
-helping partners transform satellite data and research activities into successful outcomes.

Target customers: universities, SMEs, research organisations, ESA-related consortia.

The company is based around an existing professional network and relationships.

Brand personality
The desired personality is: “expert but friendly.”

The company should not feel like a large aerospace corporation. The goal is to create the feeling of:
- a small expert team,
- approachable and human,
- highly competent,
- reliable,
-easy and enjoyable to work with,
-informal but professional.

A core belief behind FantEO is: Customers and providers should both enjoy the collaboration experience.

The company should communicate that complex projects can be professionally managed while maintaining a friendly, positive working environment

Preferred colours: space-inspired cyan/blue gradients, dark-space and light variants.

Logo style: modern, clean, premium, ESA-compapible, not overly playful.
