Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company, 900 Hours Project, that's mission is to improve access to and the quality of afterschool programming for students (this includes programs offered in schools and out-of-school time organizations such as Boys and Girls Clubs). We support high quality programming through curriculum, professional learning, assessments, instructional coaching. Our program helps prepare students for the future. The logo should communicate the potential/opportunity to make an impact in the 900 Hours kids spend in the out-of-school time space. We would like bright, energetic colors (such as purples, blues, yellows, corals) that communicate we are an innovative, cutting-edge, best-in-class organization. We would like to seem some gradient treatment within the colors.
