T-shirt Design Brief

I'm in need of a t-shirt back design.
I like a bold lined, american traditional style of art with 4-5 color palatte. (See photo #1 for reference) I will not accept A.I. artwork.

Ive attached a sketch along the lines of what Im envisioning (see photo #2 for reference.) Primarily to include:
● Hollow or bold font tucked slightly behind the image saying "Run Your Boat"
● A boat taking off, spraying water behind - boat must be accurate in appearance to the reference in photo #3 & 4while considering photo #5 for positioning and spray etc.
●A topless but covered mermaid in the foreground watching the boat. Incorporating a checkered flag either being held or incorporated as part or a stripe in her tail etc.
●The same font as above positioned under the mermaid saying "Not Your Mouth"
