Logo Design Brief

I am looking for 2 designs for my forestry and mulching business. I don't want an AI designed Logo, but I have attached one to give an idea of the logo I am looking for. I want 2 styles of logo's, one with a background image (like the attached), and another without that is more clean with just writing that is good for business cards and more formal situations.
