Brochure Design Brief

Hi - We need a template design for pathology specific patient information leaflets to be printed as necessary in clinic on a desktop printer. Text and pictures to be pasted/updated by the treating clinician. Format either A4 landscape with 2 A5 pages per sheet or straight forward A4, to be folded and presented in our previously designed A5 folder. Branded as per the folder. Title Page and follow on pages. E.g. title 'Back Pain'.
