Book Cover Design Brief

I'd like a design for the cover of my children's book, "Dreaming of Faraway Places." The book is 10 short bedtime stories where kids close their eyes while their parent reads them a story and they imagine themselves traveling. Each story is a different location. I'd like a cover design that shows a little girl (approximately 5 years old, caucasian, long blonde hair, blue eyes, freckles ) and a little boy (approximately 5-6 years old, caucasian, brown hair, green eyes) in their pajamas/night gowns with either them walking through scenes of these locations or with them walking and a colorful globe behind them. It should depict nighttime with a moon and stars as well. Here's a list of icons that are mentioned in the book:
Africa - giraffe
Brazil - Christ the Redeemer statue
Costa Rica - dolphin
Croatia - kayaking
Egypt - pyramid
Hawaii - volcano, surfer or hula dancer
Ireland - old stone castle
Paris - Eiffel Tower
San Francisco - Golden Gate Bridge
The Netherlands - Windmill, tulips
I'd like the title and author name (Jodie Carroll) to be in big print. I need an electronic version of the design which must meet all standards to be compatible for an ebook on Kindle Direct Publishing with the ability to have a clear thumbnail. It may eventually become print as well. There could be the opportunity for future book cover needed.
