Logo Design Brief

I'm starting a new website. I need a logo. The website is called BadAssYou. This website is a motivational blog site, but with an attitude. I'm sticking with black and white as primary colors, but would consider others. Red would seem to be a good optional color. The logo needs to convey confidence, motivation, action. Basically, "get off your ass and do something now!"
