Dear Designers,

First, I would like to thank everyone who submitted a design,they are all very nice designs and I appreciate the time and efforts you haveput into them. 

Second, I have asked my staff to vote on your designs, and theresult of the voting varied greatly and it’s really hard now to choose the bestdesigns. But I can understand that there can only one winning design, so at theend, we have to choose one.

What we have decided to do to give everyone a fair chance is selectthe best ‘functionality’ of all the submitted designs and combine the bestfunctions into one document. I updated this document in the brief (See attacheddocument in the updated brief)

Then, all of the designers can compete to submit their designsbased on the ‘agreed functionality’ I am attaching with the updated brief.

To make your job easier, I have eliminated all the designs whichdid not get high votes in the voting poll, but for those that did get votesabove 3 stars, I will ask you to please redesign what you have done beforebased on the updated brief attached file. (See the brief attached file)

Please remember, that you should NOT match the look and feel ofthe attached file in the updated brief, only match the functionality we are askingfor. You can be as created as you wish in the design, colors, look and feel,but stick to the functionality and the location of each functionality. Forexample, if we have the phone number on the right corner of the page, don’t moveit to the center, instead you can make it bigger, smaller, use a different font,use colors, but don’t move it to another corner or position.
