Logo Design Brief

I want a logo for my importing business. I import manufacturing products such as grinding discs, sanding discs, power tools like grinders and drills, welding equipment and materials, all equipment to do with the metal industry.
I also buy regular products that we sell on our website and on sunday markets. such as beach cruisers bikes and chopper low cruiser bikes, shoes, clothing, sunglasses etc etc.
I want a logo that is simple but also looks cool as. I want to incorporate the australian southern cross stars in the foreground and have the china the stars in the background. I don't want to use the distinctive red and yellow colour of the china symbol. I then want to have my business name "Multi Aushina" to be in the middle of the whole design and then have the word "Trading Pty Ltd" underneath the design.
